I was at this location today and observed the manager of the location mistreating a customer who seemed to be next in line, but was ignored and left to wait while the manager tended to the needs of another customer who came in after him. This manager was an overweight caucasian male with a white beard and his actions today made me question whether or not I wanted to give Advance Auto Parts one more penny of my money. To elaborate more on the issue, the mistreated customer previously mentioned kindly told the manager that he was there first and he wanted to be helped, after which the manager replied something along the lines of "If you aren't happy then you can leave". I have rarely witnessed such poor management and customer service and for that reason as well as everything I saw there today collectively, I will no longer be shopping at Advance Auto Parts. If a company can't train their management properly, they don't deserve me as a customer. The manager in question deserves to be fired immediately.

I don't write reviews very often, but I have to share my experience. I think this store deserves to be shut down, or at the very least get new general managers. Let me tell you about my experience at this location. First, I walked in around 9am on Tuesday, ready to buy all necessary parts and supplies for an oil change and maintenance for my truck. Probably would have spend over $300. There is only one other customer in the store that is being helped out by a fat white guy with a beard. There is no "Hello" or any acknowledgement from him. I patiently waited for about 5 minutes behind the customer for my turn. right as this customer was finishing up, another customer walked in and goes straight to the counter bypassing me. I thought that he might have a quick questions, but after he jumped the line and the GENERAL STORE MANAGER BY THE NAME OF "BOB" proceeded to help him, instead of me, i asked him: " is there a reason why you are helping somebody else who cut in line, instead of me at this point?" His response was, that this customer was here 30 minutes ago and therefore gets to jump the line. he was extremely rude, unapologetic, and unprofessional. I said that if a customer walks in 2 hours ago, and then tells you that he will be back, are you going to stand around and not help anybody until he comes back. where i get a response: "Have a good day" After i asked him for his name, he lied and said that his name is Joe. I was upset. i walked outside and there was another representative outside. I asked what this guys name was, and he told me that he is the General Manager by the name of BOB. I recommend that everybody stays away from this store and especially from BOB. This guy deserves to be fired. I filled a formal complaint with corporate immediately. I will update the status as more information becomes available. also they had inappropriate radio station playing that was talking about sex. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE, UNLESS YOU ENJOY HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!
