I have been coming to this branch since around 1998 ,and I can tell you it all depends on who you get to help you. Kevin ,is one of the best out there ,and will go the extra mile to make sure you find the right part ,for the right job. I remember when the Counter ,was in the front of the store ,right next to the doors.,so I am not joshing anyone. They have great deals ,if you just look for them .Also they will lend you tools ,and help you install parts right in parking lot !!!! This is a special branch,and be thankful if you live near it . Kevin is King !!!!

I came in yesterday 8/18/16 to have my battery checked and they told me it was good and just needed a charge. They took it out and charged it and put it back in. I drove it 5 mins away back home and the next morning it didn't start. I go check and the negative connector was loose. There was also a bolt that holds the battery in place that I come to find was missing. When I went back today 8/19/16 to ask if they could look and see if the bolt was left on the cart by accident, the man that identified himself as the manager, goes and looks. He comes back and says he didn't find anything and that the other person who helped me the day before wouldn't be back until Monday and likely wouldn't remember by then. He then proceeds to tell me that honestly he has no way of knowing whether or not it was there to begin with yesterday and that I'm not coming into the store with a story. At this point is when I asked if I could speak with the manager and he said, "I am the manager". Surprise, surprise. My dad (who was with me on 8/19/16) tells him that he used to be a mechanic so he's knowledgable with the piece that was missing and he just wanted to see if they could find it. The "manager" tells my dad: "funny you're a mechanic and know cars but you're coming to us about battery issues." First and foremost, my father doesn't live in the same city. He lives about an hour away so I don't bother him with car issues that should be able to be solved and helped by local businesses. I had no choice but to call him when the battery completely died because I obviously couldn't haul the car to this store with a dead battery. So I didn't appreciate the snarky remarks or less than helpful attitude from this so-called manager.My recommendations: send this manager back to training so he can learn manners, respect and decent customer service. Happily making the choice to not return to this location so that I not only dodge the incompetence but also the nasty attitude from management when their staff botches a simple task. Feedback: Hire better staff.
